For combination with single axle semi-trailer we recommend to rebuild to a special truck tractor a chassis that:
  • is suitable for heavy-duty conditions (optimal operation 50% road and 50% terrain, or unpaved roads, …),
  • has frame consisting of a simple U-profile with thickness minimum 8 mm or double frame,
  • has rear axles equipped with reducers (hypoid exceptionally) with maximum load from 2×13 up to 2×16 tons,
  • is equipped with trapezial suspension on rear axles (ie. parabolic; pneumatic exceptionally),
  • has gross technical weight 41 – 50 tons for 8×4, 8×6 and 8×8, or 33 – 41 tons for 6×4 and 6×6.
Truck chassis modification to a truck tractor chassis (approved for Slovakia and Czech rupublic):
  • turnplate fitting – JOST – 2″ with gripping plate,
  • chassis modification and preparation of semi-trailer grippings, leading out the semi-trailer operatingelements behind the cabin,
  • plastic mudguards for 2nd+3rd+4th axle + mudflaps,
  • positional vehicle lihgting,
  • HYVA hydraulic system for truck tractor with operation in driver´s cabin,
NOTE.: Chassis dead weight will be increased by cca 900 kg.
