We are very pleased that, after less than a year, we were able to deliver new tipper bodies to a Czech company that already has our tippers in its fleet. This time, we delivered rear tipper body in half-pipe conus design S1G and rear tipper body in square design S1H on Volvo FMX 8×6 chassis, specially prepared for heavy industry. Tipper bodies are specially designed, manufactured and adapted for use in the quarry sector. They are ideal for transporting heavy materials such as ores, gravel, sand, coal and the like.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

  • made from durable material HB 500 TUF in thickness 8 mm;<\/li>\n
  • reinforcement of the profile of the sidewalls;<\/li>\n
  • prolonged shield FOPS over whole cab;<\/li>\n
  • tailgate opened by a rope mechanism;<\/li>\n
  • heating of the body with exhaust gases from the chassis with a mechanical flap, doubling of the collars + heating through 2 longitudinal members + 4 cross members;<\/li>\n
  • Hyfix – auxiliary securing of the body in the auxiliary frame against vibrations;<\/li>\n
  • vibration system for tipper body;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

    • reinforcement of the profile of the sidewalls;<\/li>\n
    • prolonged shield FOPS over whole cab;<\/li>\n
    • without tailgate;<\/li>\n
    • beveling of the body in the rear part of the body;<\/li>\n
    • heating of the body with exhaust gases from the chassis with a mechanical flap, doubling of the collars + heating through 2 longitudinal members + 4 cross members;<\/li>\n
    • Hyfix – auxiliary securing of the body in the auxiliary frame against vibrations;<\/li>\n
    • rear mudguards + mudg. on 2 axle lowered plates with gripping of rubber mudflaps;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
