Rear tipper bodies in square design are designed, manufactured and adapted specifically to the quarry sector. They are intended for transporting heavy material, such as ores, gravel, sand, coal, etc. in quarries and mines.
Short specification:
S1H on chassis 3N:
Rear tipper body in square design for Volvo FMX 6×6 chassis with loading volume 16 m3:
- is made from high-strength abrasion-resistant steell hardox HB500 TUF,
- it has a reinforced frame construction with a cross at the back,
- prolonged shield FOPS above the cabin and located as low as possible to the cabin,
- tailgate is opened by rope mechanism
- heating with exhaust gases from the chassis,
- vibration system,
- opening in the front wall of the tipper body on the driver’s side with a grid for loading control.
S1H on chassis 3N:
These specially designed tipper bodies on Volvo FMX 8×6 chassis for our customer are adapted with their max. 3 m wide for loading and transporting large boulders directly from the blast.
- are made from high-strength abrasion-resistant steell hardox HB500 TUF,
- they have a reinforced frame construction with a cross at the back,
- prolonged shield FOPS above the cabin and located as low as possible to the cabin,
- slanted and open tailgate with complete preparation for reassembly of the tailgate with rope mechanism.
