During the last few days, our company realized the production of a special version of the tipper body intended for the quarry, which is designed and manufactured exactly according to the customer’s requirements. In total, the company will add 4 identical S1GL heavy tipper bodies to its fleet.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

  • The tipper body is higher in the front part than in the back, due to the need to add weight to the front axles and to reach the max. vehicle load 50 tons,<\/li>\n
  • it has a low protective shield above the cabin due to reduced passage under the hopper,<\/li>\n
  • reinforced subframe with crossover in the rear,<\/li>\n
  • it has been pre-prepared for the installation of the vibration system,<\/li>\n
  • rear front in hydraulic design with low lift, due to the reduced height of the space when dumping into the crusher,<\/li>\n
  • the tipper body is equipped with a double floor made of Hardox 500Tuf material – 8+10 mm for transporting quarry stone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
