20 Jun HEAVY design of tipper bodies
We are very pleased that after less than a year we were able to deliver new tipper bodies again for a Czech company that already has our tippers in its fleet. This time, we delivered rear tipper body in half-pipe conus design S1G and rear tipper body in square design S1H on Volvo FMX 8×6 chassis, specially prepared for heavy industry. The tipper bodies are specially designed, manufactured, and adapted for use in the quarry sector. They are ideal for transporting heavy materials such as ores, gravel, sand, coal and the like.
Specification of tipper body S1G VS-mont on Volvo FMX 8×6 chassis:
- made of durable HB 500 TUF material in thickness 8 mm;
- reinforcement of the profile of the sidewalls;
- prolonged shield FOPS over whole cab;
- tailgate opened by a rope mechanism;
- heating of the body with exhaust gases from the chassis with a mechanical flap + heating through 2 longitudinal members + 4 cross members;
- Hyfix – auxiliary securing of the body in the auxiliary frame against vibrations;
- vibration system for tipper body;
Specification of tipper body S1H on Volvo FMX 8×6 chassis:
- made from durable material HB 450 in thickness 8 mm + overplatting HB 500 TUF on the floor, sidewalls and front wall
- reinforcement of the profile of the sidewalls;
- prolonged shield FOPS over whole cab;
- without tailgate;
- beveling of the body in the rear part of the body;
- heating of the body with exhaust gases from the chassis with a mechanical flap + heating through 2 longitudinal members + 4 cross members;
- Hyfix – auxiliary securing of the body in the auxiliary frame against vibrations;
- rear mudguards + mudg. on 2 axle lowered plates with gripping of rubber mudflaps;
