The VS-mont company pays a lot of attention to providing an aftersale service for its customers and maintenance and service works for its tipping bodies. In the Slovak Republic the service works are provided either directly in the VS-mont factories at Lazy pod Makytou and in Dolný Kubín or by means of service vehicles which are equipped with sufficient amount of spare parts.
When it comes to service, our company has its own service centres, while cooperating with others on contract. These are distributed throughout the whole Slovakia and the Czech Republic and are found in other EU states as well. In addition, our services are safeguarded by emergency vehicles, so that we are able to swiftly take action even in case of a non-functioning vehicle, or in case a customer is not willing to drive to the service centre. This has worked especially well for us and the customers are truly satisfied.
