26 Sep S1GT with hydraulic rear dump window
Another challenge behind us. This time we made a special and unique S1GT tipper body for a French customer. An important part of the tipper body was the production of the PENDEL tailgate with a hydraulic double-acting thermally insulated dump window and with two manual thermally insulated dump windows.
Specification of heat-insulated tipper body S1GT on MB Arocs 8×4 chassis:
- thermal insulation of tipper body, 5 measuring points on the tipper body
- loading volume 16 m3;
- dimensions of the body: 5 450 mm x 2 300 mm x 1 400 mm;
- material HB 450;
- fixed sidewalls;
- tailgate PENDEL – external ;
- hydraulic double-acting thermally insulated dump window with two manual thermally insulated dump window
- additional radio remote control for the hydraulic dump window
- preparation for tarpaulin system,
- other accessories: aluminium tank, LED lights, tool boxes, safety ropes, aluminium mudguards, fire extinguisher box, aluminium ladder
