Support frame

It is constructed individually for each specific chassis according to the chassis manufacturer‘s recommendation and advice. Main beams of the support frame are U-shaped with cross bracing. The frame is manufactured from the material DOMEX.

Used materials

AL – aluminium, ST 52.3 (material is sized according to the customer request), antiskid plywood

Sidewalls

PALETTE – are hinged on pins and opened downwards because of loading the palette goods. Sidewall is vertically parted, proportion 50:50, by a tiltable (removable) middle pillar, it is secured mechanically (manually) by means of a lever.

Tailgate

PALETTE – it is hinged on pins and opened downwards. Rear pillars are tiltable (removable). Tailgate is secured mechanically.

Accessories of the tipping body

• plastic toolbox,
• mudguards over two axles + mudflaps,
• positional vehicle lighting,
• side barriers,
• protection of rear group lights,
• reflective marking according to regulation EHK no. 104,,
• eyes in the floor on both sides (each 1mm),
• fitting of the tipping body on to the chassis in the VS-mont factory,
• COC – EC certificate of conformity
